1. Who we are

2. What you are buying

We sell HSN 1209 sowing seeds — vegetable, flower, fruit, herb, forage, spice and specialty seed packs. Product listings describe pack counts, net quantity, or sowing formats. Natural variation in seed colour, size, and germination rates between harvest seasons is normal and does not constitute a defect.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• Provide accurate delivery details and a reachable phone number for courier coordination.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorised access.
• Use purchased seeds for lawful personal or agricultural sowing purposes only.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes are included or shown at checkout as required by law. We accept UPI for prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery where serviceable. A COD handling fee may apply and is shown before you confirm payment.

5. Order acceptance

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation (prepaid) or COD confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders affected by stock shortages, courier restrictions, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, with a full refund where payment was captured.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra.
